All fees are clearly displayed before transaction completion
Platform fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers
Service Providers receive payment after service completion and Client approval
All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the users

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type and timing
Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy
Disputes will be reviewed by our support team
We reserve the right to make final decisions on refunds

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content are owned by Tradiez
Users retain rights to their own content
Users grant Tradiez license to use their content for platform purposes
Users must respect intellectual property rights of others

9. Prohibited Activities

Harass or discriminate against other users

Attempt to circumvent platform fees

Tradiez is not liable for:

Quality of services provided by Service Providers
Disputes between users
User-generated content
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or business interruption

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Tradiez harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
